I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I paid for overnight delivery to send a laptop to my friend, but the package arrived one day late. When I asked for the refund that UPS policy allows for delayed overnight shipments, the store said they “requested it” and that I would receive a refund check at my home address. It has been 4–5 months, and I never received any check. Every time I followed up at the store, they kept saying the check was “already dispatched” and promised to email me a copy—which I also never received. It feels like I’m being given the runaround, and no one is taking responsibility. Very poor customer service and zero accountability. I will avoid this location in the future and encourage others to do the same.

I've been going to this store for the past 10 years, and never had a single issue. Whenever I come in, everyone is always friendly, attentive, and respectful. All employees at this location are fantastic human beings! To the Owner, pls give everyone a much deserved raise !!! 11/10 Customer Service, A++++ !!!

Sorry, be prepared that we close right on time, possibly at 6:29, as we have our own atomic clock! Update: I got a standard reply from the store owner to understand the issue better. Yes, my review needs explanation. was there at 6:30pm but the employees inside did not even want to show an expression of sympathy, too busy chatting, and after few seconds signaled that they will not open it although it is likely that it was 6:30 still depending on which clock you can trust!!

Seriously impressed with the UPS associates at this location. Everyone was friendly, organized, and quick. Best UPS experience I’ve had—will definitely be back. Shout out to QUEENIE! She’s the best!

Highly recommend this store for printing, notary and shipping. They are very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Queenie, James and Deepthi, all are so professional and nice. So thankful and grateful to Queenie as she went out of the way to help us print my passport photo and printing as it was difficult to print with the exact dimensions. Thanks so much. 110/100 for customer service!!!🙂
