I went into The UPS Store today. The assistant manager was no help and she didn't even know how to help me. Although, I go there often, I knew to wait for Lupe because she was helping another customer. Once she got to me she was beyond helpful and didn't hesitate to take her time to figure out what I needed done. She is the most knowledgeable employee there and is always helping out and guiding her co-workers and even upper management when they need it. It is great to know that I can always depend on her knowledge, help, patience and respect. Thank you!

I received customer service soon as I walked through the door. Being a minority from out of town living in San Jose hasn't been the best experience especially when it comes to customer service. I felt comfortable here and satisfied with the swiftness of their service.

Lupe and Victoria help me get my package ready for shipping so I can meet the deadline. They were friendly and very helpful

I went in to have a paper notarized and faxed. The wait wasn't that long. I didn't like how two associates were helping one customer which made the wait longer than I liked, but Lupe's customer service made up for it. She was very nice and prompt and I appreciated her help with the services I acquired.
