Dee Davis 3 weeks agoDon, the store owner, was helpful in so many ways. He came to the apartment after my sister passed and helped to separate everything I was sending to different addresses. He did it in a way to minimize my costs by dividing things into manageable boxes. He shipped everything in a timely manner and everything arrived with not one break just where it was supposed to go. I did this exercise more than once and each time was the same. This is the best ups store ever. I recommend highly. D

They've helped us with several mailing projects and presented good options to choose from since we are price-sensitive. The kind staff are helpful and go the extra mile. My colleagues and I are regular return customers.
Siyaa Rathi 3 months agoI went to my local UPS store today because I needed help with a return I made to Target. I had misplaced the tracking number, so I wanted to see if they could help me locate it or advise me on next steps. Usually Don is there and he’s always very helpful and knowledgeable, but today I was assisted by someone else. Unfortunately, the interaction was frustrating. It seemed like she didn’t fully understand my question, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I explained that I had already checked the UPS website at home, but she insisted I look it up again in front of her. When I showed her, she questioned whether the return was even processed at that store, which added to my confusion rather than helping resolve it. Eventually, she gave me a phone number to call, but when I asked for her name in case I needed to reference the visit, she refused to provide it. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could come back the next day in case I needed further assistance, she told me to stop wasting her time. Overall, I left feeling dismissed and frustrated by the lack of clear communication and professionalism. I’ve had much better experiences at this location in the past, so this was disappointing. Previously when I went to her she was confused then as well, for everyone visiting the store please go the guys rather than her if you don’t want to have a bad day ahead!
Sandra 11 months agoThe employee refused to give me his name, but he did say he'd "pose" for the camera as he hugged another customer (I kept the poor accosted customer out of the photo because she was clearly uncomfortable). I asked him to seal my bags so they wouldn’t just be sitting there. I spent more than a half hour trying to properly complete this return because he sloppily placed codes in bags that did not coincide with the return and then said there were 4 codes, which there were not and I had to correct him. He called me "Karen" because I asked him to seal the bags. The bags are still sitting there after more than 45 minutes and him refusing for the return to be properly completed. I guess a customer's request for a return to be processed properly, correctly and completely is a "Karen" move. Just disgraceful incompetent behavior. I missed a work lunch because he refused to at least bag them properly. Now I'm concerned that the bags will not get there or will be lost because he refused to complete the processing of my return and he was clearly never going to complete my order while I was there.
