Franklin and Michell were incredibly helpful while assisting me with a large printing job. Michell stayed calm and patient while I sent files over and took the time to listen carefully to what I needed. He paid close attention to the details and made sure everything was printed exactly the way I wanted. His professionalism and kindness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back to this UPS Store for all of my printing needs!! Thank you for helping me start my Saturday the right way. You are truly the best!! Oh and my dog got a treat :))

Do not use this UPS store if you need any kind of helpful counter service from an associate. I visited this location two days in a row after asking when the notary would be available. Each day I showed up to use the notary services at a time when the notary was scheduled to be there; both times I was told the notary had left early – at least 40 minutes early both times. Then, after not being able to use the notary, I also needed to send a next-day letter, which I mentioned to the counter associate when I arrived. She promptly answered the phone and walked to the other side of the store to help the caller while she was (allegedly) in the middle of helping me. I can’t speak to other people’s experiences, although I have witnessed pretty rude behavior on a regular basis at this UPS store, as it is near my office. But I will not use this UPS store anymore and will just save up my UPS errands for the location much closer to my house. Save yourself a headache, and the time out of your day.

Once again I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store thanks to Amani. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service skills are toptier and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly. If you visit this location, ask for Amani she’s the best!

I’m an avid Amazon returner, so I come to this UPS Store quite often. I will go out of my way to come to this store specifically because the staff are ALWAYS pleasant, very patient, and extremely helpful. I’ve witnessed this not just with myself, but with other customers in the store as well. Nowadays, good service can be hard to come by, so I always appreciate those that display GREAT service. 10/10 would recommend!
