I am so glad to have this UPS store near my home. It has been so convenient and the employees are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Scotty has helped me out on multiple occasions, once with getting my shipping and passport photos and another time with notarization of important paperwork. He was very patient and was able to accommodate all my needs. Harry is also another amazing employee that I have worked with and observed. He is one of the younger members of the team but still very knowledgeable. He is always enthusiastic to help and I have seen him dealt with two very frustrating customers on different occasions without losing his smile and positivity. I even felt really bad for him. I know that I can come to these guys for help and they will be able to sort it out.

Went in today after having multiple bad experiences with other carriers. The young gentleman named Danny was everything you would expect from a top tier service rep. A great employee and an even better person. Am really impressed and will 100% be returning because of him.

Scotty was fabulous! We came right before closing time for notary and were so grateful for his help and kind demeanor. We were navigating a stressful government form and process, And he made this step much easier! Thank you!

Scotty was amazing!!! This was my first time notarizing anything and patiently walked me through the entire process. He also gave such great advice. Scotty made such a stressful moment so easy to manage. Definitely happy with my service and will use him again in the future!

I have been a regular customer at this UPS location for quite some time and, until recently, I have never experienced what I believe to be racially biased treatment. My concern began after repeated interactions with an employee named Scotty. Based on my observations and personal experiences, it appears that he treats Caucasian customers differently than African-American customers. Specifically, when providing me with my receipt, he consistently places it on the counter rather than handing it directly to me. In contrast, I have observed him hand receipts directly to Caucasian customers and engage with them in a noticeably more courteous and respectful manner. These repeated interactions have been frustrating and uncomfortable, and they have made me feel that my race is a factor in how I am being treated. I believe this behavior reflects a lack of equitable customer service, and I feel it is important to bring this matter to attention.”
