I got a passport photo here and I appreciated that the clerk took the time to get the details right. I recently went to a pharmacy for one and that photo got rejected. Here he made sure the background, lighting, and position were correct, cropped the photo carefully, and sent me a digital copy as well. The other clerks were friendly to the other customers and the store appeared well maintained.

Carlos B. was awesome. He helped me send some important papers and made sure everything was handled carefully. Super professional and patient, really appreciated the attention to detail. Great experience overall.

I come to this location to drop off packages weekly. Kazim is SO amazing and attentive. Always so friendly, takes his time and goes above and beyond in terms of customer service! Thank you Kazim!!!

I'll start by saying overall, my experience was not the best. I came to get fingerprinted for my employer and went to the nearest UPS location. Upon arrival, I checked in and began the process. The gentleman who assisted with this was impatient and did not make my experience pleasant. My hands perspire more than usual and it was apparent as I was attempting to get each finger scanned. He seemed to get irritated, as some of my fingers required multiple attempts, which is something I cannot help. When I finished, there wasn't much to say and off I went. The staff should be trained on being more attentive and patient with their customers. The people who were before me were given A1 service during their whole stay but this gentleman didn't deem me necessary.

Signing up online to get my fingerprints scanned for a background check, the process was easy. It cost $65 and they accept walk ins. The machine took a bit to get my prints, but the staff were helpful. There's street parking nearby.
