When other locations can get busy, I've never had to wait more than a minute here. Located in the Avec building, there's usually a spot or two to park right out front. The store usually has two workers and is full service. Send packages, return Amazon packages, etc.

Janine and the team were great! I had to ship a lot of heavy boxes for work and Janine was very pleasant to work with calm, professional, and incredibly efficient even during a busy moment. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was packed securely and labeled correctly, and took extra care to walk me through the process with patience and a smile. The whole team worked like a well-oiled machine, showing excellent communication and genuine care for customers. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. This store is a true standout and a credit to the UPS brand. Upper management should know they’ve got rockstars on the ground here. I’ll absolutely be back and recommending this location to colleagues and friends.
