I had a wonderful experience with the team members who assisted me today. Although I did not get their names, they both provided genuinely excellent customer service from start to finish. Not only did they clearly explain the process regarding my request, but they also made friendly conversation and created a very welcoming environment. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and positive energy truly exceeded my expectations. They worked very well together as a team, and it made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Great job, and please keep up the amazing work!

The staff at the UPS store are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve shipped a good number of items and the process is smooth. Returning Amazon packages is also easy. The notary service is efficient and fairly priced. My only complaint is the shipping costs, but this is out of the hands of this individual store.

I was greatly pleased with both ladies customer service. They were EXCELLENT!!! They made sure to fulfill all my needs and fully answered all questions that I had. They also controlled the room by handling all customers, making sure everyone was taken care of in the proper order they arrived. They’re the best! Thanks again, and I will be returning in the future!

The young man greeted me before I got to the counter. He walked over to speak with grandson and gave him stickers. My grandsonson gave him a fist bump. He was so kind and he handled my business in a professional and timely manner. So impressed by his demeanor.

Team members in The UPS Store at 611 Pennsylvania Ave. SE were very pleasant and helpful. Special shout-out to Shamara (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly); her customer service was top-tier! She helped me stuff that coat in that bag like our lives depended on it. Doing so saved me $20! You are appreciated 😊
