What great service! When a few locations around the city were closed on a Saturday, this one in downtown was open. The man working was very efficient and helpful. They shipped a package in no time and even let me print for free!

JuJu at the UPS store was very helpful and patient with me. I came in with a lot of returns and was in and out less than 3 mins. She made sure she asked me if I need any additional assistance before leaving and overall she deserves anything coming her way. God bless you JuJu

Julissa is amazing!! She’s super helpful, kind, and considerate. Needed some urgent printing work and she handled it perfectly. Appreciate we have her in the neighborhood:)

The staff in this store are friendly, professional, and quick. I look forward to going to this UPS store. It’s a destination business in my life. I find myself diverting some shipments for pickup there if I have not been in a while as a reason to drop in and say hello.
