Cesar was incredible! I accidentally dropped my keys into an open package before leaving, and he ran down the block to catch me when he found them—absolutely the most kind and generous guy-Thank you Cesar! Give this guy a promotion! Outstanding customer service and I will recommend again!

Great customer service. The staff is very kind and helpful. Julio and Ana always helpful with my packages and printing needs. There is a UPS store closer to my office but I visit this store for all my needs now because of them

The lady at the counter is so rude and fake helpful.She has an issue everytime I have to come here im pissed. She is very demanding with her tone. I asked for a piece of tape after the company did not send 2 labels. I did not know it would require 2 as they came as 1 and were put back in the packaging they came in. I asked to put my package together and she refused got aggressive but then gave another customer after me a student tape to close his package, after he walked up told her he did not have tape and his box wasn’t sealed. She did not give him back talk ,smart comments ask him to buy tape or anything just tapped it being nice as can be and looked at me as she told him no problem. She looked me in my eyes then taped his label on. She then tried to make me feel like I had an attitude and was in the wrong. She continued to snicker at me as she helped others and i stood there waiting. She then antagonized me saying ohhhh im shaking when i asked for her name to give it to customer service about what had happened today. Everytime its this lady she has made me go get my own tape all the way back at my job before but she just helped him with out any back and forth or even a no.ashe just helped him to be petty towards me about the tape Is this how you all run a business here. Her name is Anna and this is not ok To your response the package came that way in 2 pcs and hey sent one label for return and told me to put it back in the bags it came in . Today I went to another UPS and had no issue at all they were helpful without me saying anything. They did not look pass me or talk to me incompetent. They did not respond or react like your employee. They took both boxes taped them once around and they were secure and, shipped them without me saying anything. I have also came to this location as i work in a building down the street and was gave bad service. I had to go back to my job to tape my package and label, so that’s still in accurate what your saying. So the first time I visited I should have gotten tape🤔, instead of walking 3 blocks back to work. Ok I hear what you’re saying but you’re still not saying anything in regards to the way your employee acted antagonizing and provoking but it’s fine.

Quick and efficient service from start to finish. Tara is exactly the kind of employee every business should have working with customers—friendly, professional, and on top of everything. Horrible service. Ana was unhelpful. She was more concerned about eating her food than helping customers. As a business owner I frequent UPS stores in the DMV and by far the worst I have ever experienced. To the young lady who’s responsible for doing passports working with Ana on 01-16-26 at 2pm. Sorry I didn’t get your name Thank you for helping me today.
