I like this UPS store. It's small, but I've never had any issues and have been here a million times for package returns. They also have printers with both black and color ink, as well as copiers. Color printing isn't the cheapest, but it works in a pinch. The staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Parking isn't the easiest in the area, but I am close enough that I typically walk.

I came in and spoke to the cashier no one spoke back. They are unhelpful and unorganized. There were people standing in line with boxes, and waiting to be serviced. While the workers just look at everyone in line, while they have their own private conversations. The older lady and her coworkers lacked customer service skills, and need further training. I asked for tape because I ran out of tape. The lady pictured and all her coworkers sarcastically told me, “ they don’t give out, but one strip of tape.” It was as if like they got joy out of, turning a customers away. Then, the lady pictured laughed when I went elsewhere and came back with my box taped and ready to go. It takes nothing from you to do an act of kindness. Treat others how you would like to be treated. In everything that you do , and watch how much better your life will become.

I’ve visited this location multiple times and have experienced varying levels of service. For the most part, my interactions have been fine, but my experience this morning was a notable exception. Me and three other customers arrived right before opening and I was the first in line. Once the door was unlocked, I entered and greeted the associate, Tameka (I’m not sure of the exact spelling as she was not wearing a name tag). As I reached the register, I began pulling up the specific QR codes since I had two returns. Instead of a professional greeting, she asked, “You were standing there all that time and weren’t even ready?” and immediately moved on to help the next customer before I could respond. I have encountered this particular employee before, and her dismissive attitude stood out then as well. However, this time her behavior was consistently disgruntled and frankly rude. It’s disappointing to start the day with such an unnecessarily hostile interaction, especially as a returning customer. Efficiency is important, but it shouldn't come at the expense of basic courtesy. I hope management addresses this to ensure a more welcoming environment for everyone.

Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The employee with long black hair and arm tattoos first told me I could not receive my package because my passport and green card were not enough since they didn’t show my address. When I tried to ask questions or show my tracking information, she kept interrupting me and would not let me explain. Then I was told the package was probably not even at this UPS location and that I must have the wrong store. When another employee — a man wearing a durag — tried to help me and explain the situation, she repeatedly interrupted him and dismissed me from the line in a very rude and unprofessional way. The older employee with gray hair also spoke to me disrespectfully and told me not to ask questions because she was “talking to her coworker.” In the end, the male employee found my package, explained the actual issue properly, and helped me receive it after paying the required fee. So clearly there WAS a solution from the beginning. The problem was not the package — it was the rude attitude, conflicting information, and complete lack of professionalism.

Went to drop off a package on my lunch break. The 2 ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Made the experience very pleasant.
