Had a great experience here! The store clerk Heaven, was very friendly and professional despite being the only worker present in a crowded store full of impatient customers. She still greeted and assisted everyone with a smile. Great atmosphere here!

Only place I could find a notary available all day. Other stores don't easily indicate when the notary will be available, which was frustrating. Fast and easy service, would 💯 recommend! Also the guards in the Ronald Reagan Building were very helpful and friendly.

This is a great location!! A couple of weeks ago I asked for a couple of mounted posters to be printed and mounted, the store associate Heaven got them done very quickly, more quickly than I've seen any other place produce a big print job like this. She definitely knows what she's doing! Keep up the great work!

Last week, I was downtown having a meeting and realized I needed to get some papers notarized. I remember there was a UPS inside of the Ronald Reagan building and wanted to check to see if they could assist me thankfully, a kind young lady named Heaven was able to help me with my papers, and get me out very quickly. I appreciate her professionalism and will definitely be coming back.

If you're ever in need of notary services, this is the location to come to! Almost no other UPS store in this area of DC ever has a notary at their store but I've came here 3 times for notary services and the store clerk Heaven was always there to assist me. More UPS stores should take note of this because finding a notary in DC is not a walk in the park.
