Hands down the best experience I've had at a UPS Store. The moment I walked in, the woman said hello and said she could help me ship a book to my parents. She was very kind and efficient. The entire transaction was very fast. I was in and out in no time. There's free parking nearby at Union Market.

Alex was super helpful! My fiancé I came in for a printing job and there were some issues that arose, but Alex was so patient and helpful. We eventually got our print job done and we’re very happy with how things turned out.

Do you need someone creative to make a custom sign? Tabitha is THE person to see @ this UPS. Tabitha designed my template, made it cutsey all while providing attentive customer service. She was responsive with her communications and went the extra sure that I was satisfied with her design. It turned out fantastic and I couldn't ask for a more positive experience!

Convenient location but beware this location is expensive. The person helping me was very nice but quoted me $55 to send a package to Vegas. I send packages to my family in Vegas all the time and knew this was overpriced. After being quoted the price I said no thank you, I will try the post office. The worker said they could check the USPS prices and that if I went to USPS it would be $12-$13 more. This was incorrect. I took my chances and went to the post office anyway. Ended up being $22 as I suspected. Saved over $30 going to the post office.

Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars. However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. 😂
