Kelci Hoyman 4 months agoI come to this location often as I live close by and I always have pretty good experiences. I came in today two different times. The first time I came, I brought the wrong item that I needed to return so I had to go back later on. But during my first visit, the manager Jenna was there, who is newer, but she has been great every time that I have seen her at the store. DeAndre is another familiar face to me and he is also great. I normally have great interactions with everyone there, the fact that I know most of them by name is a testament to that. But today there was an associate there that I had never seen before and I was not impressed with the customer service given when compared to what I’m used to. Frankly, he did not seem happy to be there and unlike the other two, who greeted everyone that walked in the door, he barely spoke to customers unless he was dealing directly with them. But the main reason I am writing this review is because when I went back later this evening Jenna was the only one working and she had a line to the door when I walked in. She was running both registers and was very busy , but she was still greeting every customer. She was addressing each person in line asking what they were waiting on to make sure there was no way she could help to get them out quicker and she maintained the situation very well. Now may be a good time to mention that I have been a district manager in retail for many years and the way Jenna handled herself was very impressive. Most people would be flustered with a very long line, running 2 registers, barely any room to move because of all the packages piling up, but she handled it better than I’ve ever seen. As someone who works in retail management I think it’s important to share positive experiences like this in hopes that all of Jenna’s hard work will be recognized. The whole time I was there there was not one customer that walked out unhappy, no matter how long they waited, and that is because of how Jenna handled the situation. She stayed in control and kept a positive attitude, her customer service to each customer never faltered.

He was able to manage the various needs of customers and ensure everyone was taken care of efficiently and effectively. I'd highly recommend this UPS store location because of DeAndre.
Francies a month agoJen and Deondre went above and beyond while assisting my family with printing documents and mailing an important letter. The process was lengthy and took over an hour, yet they remained patient, attentive, and incredibly diligent throughout the entire experience. Both Jen and Deondre were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous every step of the way. Their outstanding customer service truly made a stressful situation much easier. I would highly recommend this UPS location to anyone seeking reliable, professional, and compassionate assistance.
Robert Ashley 2 weeks agoI paid $181 to ship a package via next day air. UPS “sorted the package incorrectly” and the package was delayed. When I attempt to file a claim online to get a refund it states that I need to go to the store and work with them on the refund. The store told me to get a refund I need to file a claim online. I’ve called Customer Service six different times. Each time I speak to a live agent they attempt to transfer me to the correct department and then the system restarts. Meaning I have to wait on hold again for a live agent to pick-up, listen to my problem, and attempt to transfer me again. The in-store staff is very helpful and friendly.
Emily R 4 months agoI’ve come to this location since I moved to the city and everyone is normally helpful and nice. I’ve never had anything negative to say. The last couple of weeks I have been working with the new manager, Jen. To make a long story short, she has been trying to help me resolve an issue that is not something she can technically solve on her end, but I have been getting nowhere with the corporate number so she’s been trying to help the best she can. She listens to my concerns and makes phone calls and does her best to try to find a resolution to a problem that she did not cause. I really appreciate her compassion and professionalism. It is very clear that she enjoys her job and anytime I have been there I’ve watched her greet every customer like they are a friend when they walk in the store. Earlier in the week, I had to ship something out to a company to be fixed. What I was shipping had a pretty high value. I did not want to add extra insurance to the item, but Jen did walk me through all of the shipping options and gave me her professional opinion on what would be best. I did not feel like she was trying to talk me into paying for a shipping option that was not necessary. The way she described everything made me feel like she was giving me the best option as the customer and not just trying to charge as much as she could, which I greatly appreciate. Most of the time when I have shipped out at this location, I am not even told about the other options besides ground shipping nor have the benefits of the other options been explained to me. As I said, I have always liked the store overall, but Jen will be a reason that I continue to go back even if it’s out of my way at times. Thank you, Jen!
