First time visiting this UPS Store and I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork and collaboration from the entire staff. I came in needing a digital passport photo, and everyone immediately jumped in to help each other and make the process easy for me. Friendly, approachable, and truly customer focused. Great experience! Keep up the good work Carlos and Gianni !!

I’ve been to MANY UPS Stores, and this one is by far the best! John, Nicole, Lee, Buckee, and Duncan are always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. They offer laser printing and even have the machine to date certified mail (which not all UPS Stores have). I come here often and have never had a single issue. BEST STORE. BEST EMPLOYEES!

John made my UPS Store visit surprisingly smooth. He guided me through the whole process with ease and was genuinely friendly the entire time. I’ve never had a good experience at a UPS Store before, but he completely changed my perspective. Excellent service. If management gets to read this, you have a great opportunity to ensure John becomes a huge asset to the company. Please try your best to retain and promote strong talent like him.

After having a very disappointing experience at a different UPS location, I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care that I received at this UPS location. I needed their notary services and they attended to me right away and notarized my documents. I had arrived there at 6:05 PM and they closed at 6:30 PM, and never once did they rush me. I had gone to a UPS on Howard Street, which had said the notary services were there until 6:30 PM, and when I arrived at 5:15 PM, they said that the notary person had left, I was so disappointed! (Do NOT go to that other UPS!). This location more than made up for it!

John is a poor employee and represents the brand poorly making people see UPS in a bad light. 0/10 wont be shopping at another UPS store again. *Edit* instead of reaching out to ask what happened the owner insulted me and said nothing happened. Im well aware of the difference between their store and UPS itself. Stay far away from this store. Ive never seen an owner respond is such a terrible way
