I had a very mixed experience at this UPS location. My first visit was frustrating—Alexis was dismissive, didn’t provide proper guidance, and I had to come back a second time due to unclear instructions. However, on my second visit, Miracle was truly exceptional—helpful, professional, and patient. I’d rate it a 3 overall: Miracle saved the day, but consistency matters.

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for a while now, and my experience has always been consistently positive. The staff is helpful, patient, and professional every time I walk in. They’ve assisted me with Amazon returns, shipping, and notary services, and I’ve always felt treated with kindness and respect. As someone who interacts with them regularly, I’ve never experienced anything other than a welcoming and supportive environment. They take the time to answer questions and make sure things are handled correctly, which I really appreciate. I’m grateful to have a reliable, friendly place like this in the community. This store is the best. Everyone is always happy, but today …The gentleman who help me was the most kind person ever! Was patient, sweet and caring. I love coming to this UPS. (Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, his employee number is 374326) Please let him know how much I appreciate him!

I don’t get emotional about UPS stores often but the team running this location is the best I’ve ever seen! I’ve come here many times, but this time was minutes before closing. I had several documents that needed to be signed, notarized and shipped and the staff worked with me through everything and stayed a little after but were so professional and courteous that I had to write a review. Thank you so much Alexis, Karissa and Jermaine!

I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store, and it’s all thanks to the incredible management team. Karissa, the store manager, is a joy and always greats me when I walk in. I’m a frequent customer and love the ease of the Amazon return system. It’s rare to find a location that operates this smoothly while still making customers feel valued.
