I had an outstanding experience at UPS on N Dale Mabry Hwy thanks to Rafael and Matthew. They both went above and beyond to help me this evening and made sure I was completely taken care of from start to finish. What stood out most was their patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. They took the time to answer my questions, get everything situated correctly, and made sure I left feeling confident that everything was taken care of. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed, Rafael and Matthew made me feel like a valued customer. What really reinforced my impression was hearing another customer compliment them while I was there for the same reasons…their kindness, sincerity, and excellent service. It was clear that the level of care they showed me wasn't a one-time thing; it's simply how they treat people. Their positive attitudes and dedication to helping others did not go unnoticed. UPS is fortunate to have employees like Rafael and Matthew representing the company. Thank you both for turning what could have been a stressful errand into such a positive experience.

I came in to print some International Women’s Day cards for my work team and had a great experience. Deepa helped me with the printing, and everything turned out perfect. The service was excellent and the print quality was amazing. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely come back.

I had a particularly complicated return experience, and Justin at Store #7609 went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. I came in with a large load of Amazon returns, feeling overwhelmed and stressed, but Justin immediately stepped in with kindness, patience, and professionalism. He not only helped me carry all of my returns into the store, but he also took the time to carefully organize and process each item efficiently despite the complexity of the transaction. What could have easily been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and positive one because of Justin’s exceptional customer service. He remained friendly, calm, and attentive throughout the entire process, making sure everything was handled correctly while also making me feel valued as a customer. His willingness to go the extra mile and his genuine kindness truly stood out. Employees like Justin make a lasting impression, and Store #7609 is fortunate to have someone so dedicated and professional on their team. Gabe & Justin have been a tremendous help to me with getting some printing and laminating needs done fast. They provide quality work and even helped me get rid of some imperfections on my document. This is my favorite UPS to go to because of their speedy service & excellent customer service. All the team members are always in a good mood ready to help.

I believe in exceptional service when you're the customer who is spending money at a business. It's truly about the over and beyond that keeps your customers coming back to the same business rather going elsewhere when they service isn't as good at the location that provides above the top service for the customers needs.
