Had a great experience today. Came in for a notary and had a good amount of questions about the process. The whole team was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and felt welcomed from the second I stepped in. A refreshing feeling I haven’t had in a while. Quality people quality work. Justin has great personable skills. Jamin was also very helpful with the notary.

I have been to a lot of ups stores but this one is definitely my favorite. Excellent customer service, clean, and beautifully ran. I normally do Amazon returns but I also print business flyers and business cards as well as use their mailbox services. 10/10!!!

This UPS store is my mostly visited store in my area. I own a business in a legal industry and I generate hundreds of affidavits every month. Some of the affidavits must be notarized and I use this store for my notary service. All the employees here are polite and they treat customers with a higher level of professionalism and respect. Mr. Steve Crane is the store manager and is one of the down to earth guys among a few ones I have came across in my life. I highly recommend using them for your shipping and notary service.

I haven’t ever gone to this location and felt ignored or that the workers are just there. I feel welcomed and like it is an actual pleasure to be helped. One person in particular, Justin - who is amazing at what he does, always has a warm greeting and is willing to go above and beyond to help everyone. He treats everyone with the same respect and from the time I get there until I leave I can hear him either helping other customers or greeting people with extraordinary service. I get so much info from him talking to others that most, if not all, of my questions are answered before I get to the register. He needs a raise and more people like this should be hired.

I just had a really great experience at the UPS store here in Tampa. I had to send some really important paperwork two day priority and Gabe gave me excellent customer service. He was very helpful and very patient and answered all my questions. I really appreciate him and his great customer service today.
