I had such a wonderful experience at this UPS Store. The people who work here are incredibly kind and genuinely caring. I’m not sure if it’s family-owned, but it truly feels like it every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. They always make sure you’re taken care of, even when the store is really busy, which says a lot about their level of service. I printed over 160 photos, and when I needed two extra few days later, Helen kindly didn’t charge me for them. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. I truly appreciate the level of kindness and customer care here and highly recommend this location!

Had the best experience here!! CJ and Jarodney stayed late just to help me ship out my packages and they were so kind about it! If you need anything shipped out, this UPS is the place to go! Thank you guys!

Fabulous service from Helen and her team. I had ordered some items to be delivered to my hotel but they arrived after I had checked out. I contacted the store who collected the package for me and arranged for it to be shipped to my home in the UK. Wonderful prompt communication too.

Malcom was great to deal with. Was prompt with picking up my package and was quick to make contact. Was also great with dealing with the time zone difference seeing as I’m in Australia. I can’t recommend the UPS Store (especially Malcolm) enough. Will definitely use again

I was helped by Jarodney, who was efficient and handled an important piece of mail for me with detailed attention to make sure it was processed correctly and going to the right place. His emphasis on good customer service was obvious and appreciated. Definitely recommend this location for any shipping needs.
