I was told that I would be charged $2 just for a piece of tape to seal a box. At a shipping store, basic packing materials like tape should reasonably be part of the service. Charging customers extra for something this minor feels like unnecessary nickel-and-diming. Other UPS locations, including the one I typically use in Westchase, have never charged for something like this. This policy left a poor impression and I will remain a loyal patron at the Westchase location.

Had a great experience at this UPS! Rubin was so kind and went out of his way to help me with something I needed done urgently. Great service!

This location is always staffed appropriately, friendly efficient service. I drive to this location vs the one on Gandy that is closer to me because the service is that much better.

As you can see from the already very low rating, this is a terrible UPS store. They completely botched my notary job with sloppy writing and basic mistakes, by the time it was done it looked like a kindergartener had done it. The individual doing it wouldnt follow simple instructions and the document was useless at that point and had to be totally redone at another store due to her lack of competence. Additionally, numerous packages I had them pack and ship for me were put together so poorly they were falling apart at the destination. I do not recommend wasting your money at this location the lack of unprofessional behavior and poor job they do isnt worth it. Go to the one on Gandy - everyone there seems competent and professional so far.

Not friendly or helpful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and go to another ups store. The one on dale mabry is much better, and only a few minutes away. Literally TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ship a lot of packages for business, and will never take my business to this store ever again.
