Excellent service, i don’t know why the reviews are very less for this store. But that doesn’t make sense at all. They are very friendly and hard working. They deserve 5 star for sure. Would recommend for sure. 👍

Worst experience ever! I’ve been doing business with this location for years. No more! I frequent this location 2-4 times a week for my business, sending UPS and dropping off my USPS packages. Today I was sending more packages, I happened to ask the person helping me about 11 packages I dropped off 8 days ago. The tracking wasn’t showing progress. He immediately pointed to a large stack of packages and stated USPS hasn’t picked them up. So for 8 days my packages and many more are sitting in this location. They have made no effort to mail them or contact the senders at all. They simply do not care. When I asked why they haven’t contacted me he simply said I don’t know. Be very careful if you use this location don’t trust they are doing it properly!! I’m NEVER going in that store again. This has cost my business a fortune that I need to take care of for my customers. It’s hurt my customer base and financially cost me.

I come here all the time to drop off packages, and the service is always great. The two ladies here are really kind, helpful, and make everything easy. They’re always pleasant to talk to and very efficient. Definitely one of my favorite UPS drop-off spots.

I came in the other day to get my fingerprinting done and it was the best experience I’ve ever had getting my fingerprints done! The UPS associate Deevah was so helpful and kind. Great experience and I will be coming back!

Most of my experiences are awful, at the location on 56th and Busch….but it’s closer to my home… The turn over at the store is like a revolving door. Today, both young ladies Divya and “trainer” were openly rude, condescending and dismissive…so much so, that I felt like a spec of dust on the floor. I’d emailed a couple of pictures of my deceased brother, thinking the paper would be picture quality. Sadly, it was the same quality as the customer service. I asked for something to put the pictures inside…I was told the envelope was an additional charge of $2 That’s it, for me 👋🏼
