The level of care and customer service at this location is truly unmatched. I’m not sure why it’s taken me 8 years of being a customer to write a review, but I truly love stopping in. The owners are so friendly, and the staff works incredibly hard. I do a lot of online shopping, which means a lot of returns, so I’m there at least once a week, if not more. I have gone to other UPS locations in the past, and this one truly goes above and beyond for their guests.

Everytime I go in I am recieved by Angie and Kristina two young teenage girls, very rude, always laughing obnoxiously about something in front customer faces and even about customers. This saddens very much as I feel like they are laughing about me very rude! Need to go immediately

Two girls have no idea what they’re doing and terrible people skills. I may not look Spanish but I know what you’re saying. I only gave one star because there was a gentleman working there who seemed super helpful with great customer service, otherwise I would give them no stars.

I recently visited the UPS Store to get my fingerprints taken for a new job. I was impressed with the high level of cleanliness and the professionalism displayed by the staff. They explained the procedure to me in detail, which made the task a lot easier. Additionally, the staff was polite and helpful to every customer that walked in. Overall, it was a great experience.
