C Passmore a month agoI went in today in the a.m. (5/29) to inquire about business signs and not one of the 3 staff working, in the entire store, knew anything at all! Not pricing, process, products antyhing. The Manager/The Boss was off that day and obviously is the only one that knows anything. They told me they knew nothing and to come back tomorrow to speak to the manager. That is rediculous. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!

Lisa Vilcsek 10 months agoThis was the first UPS store I've been to that I witnessed a cashier open the door for a customer with a large box. This was after the woman was snappy with him because she didn't bring the right shipping label with her and expected him to be able to pull it from the air, I'm assuming. Nice, efficient staff. Can't ask for more.
heather hill 4 months agoCharging to put one piece of tape on a box is crazy. That's kinda like a restaurant charging you for napkins.
Yindra T 8 months agoThe staff welcomed us as soon as we open the door. The drop off process took less than 2 minutes. The place was organized, clean and well lighted.
