Today, I tried to return a computer in the original box I received via UPS, including the prepaid label. However, at this store, they insisted that I need to purchase a new box, cost around 30-40$ as per their policy, even though I asked them to print the shipping label and check. They wouldn’t listen. So, I went to a different UPS store, and I had no issues at all. They told me there was no such policy. What is the new box policy? Please let me know, I will remove this review. Thanks

I dont see why I have to wait a full business day after my Amazon packages and such have been delivered. Maybe you need more workers or something? Why are you working slower and giving attitude, you are blessed to be working on base and interacting with american sodiers and veterans. None of the other ups stores that iv used in forida have taken this long to make available my delivered packages. More damaged packages arrived/ delivered here than any other ups store that I've used. Im a veteran and the employees here give me attitude treat me like im the one that doesn't belong...

I have been a loyal customer of this UPS store for nearly 10 years, but my recent experience has me looking for an exit. A UPS store has a few purposes, the most essential of which is sending and receiving packages. Really, at its core, you GOT ONE JOB TO DO. Yet, this store managed to fail spectacularly at that basic task. They received my package properly—a computer I had ordered—but then gave it to another client! And if that wasn’t bad enough, they went out of their way to help load my computer into the other customer’s car. This isn’t just a careless mistake—it’s outright negligence. To make matters worse, the staff treated me as if I were the inconvenience while they scrambled to track down the person who now had my computer. The lack of accountability and basic customer service is appalling. Over the years, I’ve noticed a sharp decline in service quality and attention to detail at this location—from massively reducing access hours to staff closing early to the notary being unavailable, and so on—but this incident takes the cake. My recommendation to anyone considering using this store: It is not worth the extra you pay over the Postal Service! Stay away!

I would just like to thank all the people who worked there. Especially the lady who was interested in the nice artwork at the gentleman had. This is a long overdue thank you I have been in an accident and have brain damage. I needed to Send papers. She was a great help for doing this and helping me. Thanks everyone have a blessed day. PS highly recommend this place to anybody that needs to get the job done right

Horrible customer service for the few employees they have that actually work. They are so inconvenienced by actually having to do their job.
