Kevin was incredibly helpful and kind during my visit. I had an important package to mail, and he took the time to explain all of the different shipping options so I could choose the best one. He also caught that I had forgotten to fill something out on a money order I was sending and helped me fix it before I mailed everything out. Excellent customer service!

Michael gives the best customer service I’ve ever had at a UPS store. This is the Channelside location at 107 N. 11th St. in Tampa. I brought my own tape and he told me that I don’t have to do that and he printed out my label for me for free when I forgot to print it. Talk about making things easy for the customer So they continue to want to do business with you! If the owner is reading this, I highly recommend that Michael be promoted- You don’t want to lose great people like him!

I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure my package was properly prepared for shipping. The process was quick and stress-free, and the store itself was clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be returning for future services.

I had a great experience with Diana, worker from this UPS, as she was really kind and helpful with an issue I had with a return. When the company that you use to buy stuff online only gives you very far away options to return and you work on a ship, you're only on the generosity of the local people to help you. Thank you Diana!

Always had excellent experiences with Kevin as a notary. Been using him for almost 4 years. Went down there today and the random new notary first insists that he doesn't know how to print a pdf. Fine, I go back to my office and print the document out. Next he insists my filling my name out on the document has invalidated it for notary purposes, I'll need to go reprint the whole document. I don't enjoy people going on ego trips at my expense. Especially for time sensitive issues. Took my business elsewhere. Never again.
