This was honestly one of The best experiences I’ve had at a UPS. It was quick and straight to the point and I didn’t walk out feeling scammed by over pricing and unnecessary fees and dealing with an associated’s bad attitude because they are short staffed. T’Ziah (associate at the McGee location) was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, had great customer service and just a very cool calm and collected demeanor that brought ease to what I was anticipating to be a stressful experience ( given past experiences at other UPS stores). Best UPS in the greater Kansas City area ( including the KS side). Also the parking is solidddd especially for it being down town!

I never have had to wait more than 2 minutes here, and I use it frequently. Parking is right in front, I’ve never had trouble getting a spot. Always well-staffed, and they are so friendly and helpful. The best UPS location I have ever used.

The main guy who works at this store is the single kindest and most helpful employee that I’ve encountered at ANY business in the entire state and metro area. I love him. I ONLY ever go to this UPS store because he is so lovely.

I had a very disappointing experience at The UPS Store. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. The staff did not show patience and did not handle my items properly. Some of my products were not scanned correctly, and it resulted in missing items, which is completely unacceptable. I expected better care and attention, especially when trusting them with important shipments. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and poor service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location based on how my situation was handled.

BEWARE !! This store is unprofessionally independently owned. The owners and employees are inexperienced and not trained on the policy and procedures of the business. I was sent home by an employee stating that I needed a driver license to mail a package that only contained a cellphone. The other employees and owner inside the store at the same time didn’t intervene in the incident. After I questioned several times why a driver license was required. After returning to the store with my driver license, the owner stated the driver license was not required. The owner was unapologetic and nonchalant about the incident . The owners lack effective communication skills when dealing with customers complaints.
