I cannot express how impressed I am by the customer service I received today. I was greeted by Ravy White who went out of his way to help me find all the answers I needed and as always was patient and very personable. He remembers myself and many of his customers every time we come in. Then Hrishi personally came to my assistance as well. The way he runs the UPS store in Brookside is beyond amazing. He continues to employ the best people. Today I was extremely impressed by Hrishi because he went out of his way to help me with a very important matter and I am forever thankful. I won’t go to any other UPS Stores but this one.

I really really like this place. I was helped by the owner, feel bad because I forget her name as I had asked, and Kelley who helped me today, a Super nice man who multitasked make sure everybody was helped. I just can’t believe how polite and helpful and willing this group is here. They create a really nice environment for the customers who are also friendly because of the personnel there. And efficient and not expensive.

As soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted by who I believed to be the owner. Her smile was so welcoming. There was a little bit of a line and my package was starting to get heavy. She was able to see that I was struggling and she came out and took it off my hands. That has never happened before! The other places I've been barely know I'm there, let alone notice I was struggling. The line moved quickly and I was out of there in 5 minutes! I will be using this store from now on for sure.

The lady that owns this place was extremely rude. I was returning an Amazon package and didn't have tape at home to tape it up. I have never had an issue with UPS adding enough tape to secure a box for me. She told me I had to pay $1 to have her tape the box. I told her that it didn't even need the box according to Amazon, but I had it so I brought it. She said it was in a box so it needs tape and that's $1. I explained I didn't being money because I was just dropping off a package real quick. Then she threatened of I left my package she will cancel it and I will not get my refund and she will keep my product. I grabbed my box and went downtown to the UPS store there. Eric taped up my box and gladly took my return. STAY AWAY from Brookside location. Eric let me know that he use to give non profits discounts at that location and when they took over they said no one can get discounts. They are money hungry, nasty owners and I will never go back. Visit the Central location and all for Eric he was fantastic.

The employees at this UPS store are super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! Today, I had to ship a large, heavy package and they walked me through everything. Earlier this year, I had a package shipped there and it was lost and they walked me through exactly what I needed to do, resulting it being found within a few days.
