This is a very nice UPS Store and staff. I’ve had to use their notary service multiple times. The staff competently services my requirements with ease.

I use this UPS store all the time. Ethan, the store manager, just spent almost 30 minutes with me. He patiently took a huge box I brought in and performed some masterful origami to fit a ukulele---all to save me some money. So shocking in a world that will nickel and dime you in all ways possible. Come to think of it, I think he's done this for me once before. He's very honest and quick to proactively suggest ways to help the customer. He is patient, knowledgeable, calm, and has never made me feel bothersome. His customer service skills are exemplary and I'm not surprised to see other reviewers state that they've purchased donuts for the workers at this location. I too will soon be bringing in a small token of thanks.

This is THE finest UPS store ever!!! Everyone is always SO nice, friendly, super efficient and very professional — ALWAYS!! Lexi and Ethan have especially been incredibly helpful to me in many different ways and services. Both are OUTSTANDING!! I must especially compliment Lexi for a huge shipment of music I had to ship….she helped me carry all the heavy boxes, suggested the best ways to handle all of it, and did a fabulous job — MOST impressive indeed! Please value the fine young people who work at “my” UPS — they are incredible, and indeed the reason why this UPS is The Best!!!
