So simple, so easy. The staff was knowledgeable and explained the return process in a great way and the whole process took only a few minutes.

I’ve gone to this UPS many times but received exceptionally poor customer service where I was refused help and forced to use the self-service kiosk. One employee was actively helping a customer and the other was on the computer working on something. I came up to the counter with six boxes asking for help because the kiosk would take too long and was refused to be helped. The employee on the computer said he was working on something, but in every other UPS experience , that person would put what they’re doing on pause to help a customer asking for help with six boxes. I was refused service and the other employee backed him up after I reminded them about how customer service should work. I was literally forced to use the kiosk, which took me 10 minutes and also started clogging up the line. Ironically enough, the kiosk eventually froze and the same employee helped me finish my scans at the register. Awful and stressful experience. You don’t refuse helping customers. Period.

No need to park far away, this location has a 15-min. parking space right in front and if you need a cart they will loan you one. Luke gave us first class service, measuring my items and finding the exact box size needed for each, then adjusting the edges to fit everything perfectly, and providing bubble wrap to keep everything from shifting inside. Highly recommend.

These folks are really great. Eric and the team have been nothing but awesome. They really take care in how they package items of valuable. I have had a PO box there for many years and have a lot of packages delivered as well. In my experience, this is one of the best businesses I have used over the past many years.

Business owners beware, I have over $2500 in packages being held by them. I’ve shipped tons of wigs using this store because I live nearby, apparently after paying for my last shipment Feb 9,2026, an error occurred that I had no knowledge of because I received multiple receipts and confirmation of payment as I normally would. The following week Feb 16th, I dropped off more packages. I noticed the next day I still haven’t received any tracking numbers via email so I called. Upon calling, he asked me to unlock my card and got really sassy about my card being locked as if it’s not common to lock your card when not in use. Long story short, after telling the owner Eric about hisself and his rude ways, he brings up my last payment and says it didn’t go through which I know it did. He stops trying to charge my card the $53.10 for the 5 packages I dropped off and attempted to charge me $170 instead. Of course, I refused and stated I’ll just pick up my packages and go elsewhere, he then states he’ll be holding my packages and won’t release them which isn’t ups policy at all and theft. They are way over the value of $170, have no correlation to the last payment, and on top of that, im not obligated to pay twice because of the owner pride issues. I’m currently working on a police report, I’ve filed an online report with ups against the owner, and Im awaiting a call back from corporate. Business owners beware. This is literally holding up my business. Oh please don’t get me started on Matt, everyone up there is shady.mainly because the owner is. I would avoid this place altogether
