How can you be a UPS store and charge me $10 to “take the package downstairs” I literally BROUGHT IT UPSTAIRS. No wonder the kid was in the back cranking it and not sitting at the desk. Total joke of a business. Cancelling my UPS account.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service at this location. After making two returns here within the past week - both using QR codes with no issues - I was suddenly told today that they "Don't scan QR codes at this location". When I questioned it, the manager became very rude instead of simply helping or explaining the inconsistency. It's frustrating to be given different information every visit and to be treated poorly when just trying to complete a return this experience definitely needs attention!

This is a not a public store, it is only for guests of the hotel. They will charge you a $10 surcharge for all transactions,unless you have booked a guest room. Avoid at all costs. Not worth it

They dont have QR code reader. They can only mail something if you printed the label or you want them to print.

Heads up!! This store is within the Lowe’s Hotel. Amazon returns are a $10 fee. Go to the other one close by. Customer service was great though, awesome person.
