So I've been going to the store as well as many others for years as I ship packages between 700 and 800 or more times a year. I used to struggle a great deal because I'm handicapped and standing in a line was and is extremely painful. When I learned about their scanner machines that they could have that would allow me to walk in and scan my own package and leave I was over the moon. Only this store held out a super long time before they finally got one of those machines and they're one of the busier stores often with lines out the door. They finally get a machine and for the last year and a half two years whatever has been I've been happy very happy. Only this week I go in there to find a sign on the machine saying not to leave anything important there because they don't check and they don't empty the box at the end of the day. So I struggle to get in the store and scan my documents and now I have to walk them to the counter as well. May not seem like a big deal to most people but to me it is a big deal and hey if I had an Amazon return why aren't they emptying that at the end of the day? This store has seen absolutely nothing but terrible turnover of employees in the last couple of years. I don't know what they've done to these people but there were a great group of people working there for the longest time and now I don't know any of these people and it's a new face constantly. I think they could do better. Maybe consider getting another container for people to put documents or other must leave the store that day items. I mean empty the container or have an Express container over there.

Over years of going to this UPS store location, I have never had an unpleasant visit. The staffs are always efficient at processing returns and any questions I have ever had. In addition, the staffs kind demeanor make the experience very pleasant.

I love this store and these people . I read some of the negative reviews and wish people would be more mature. I don’t agree . I’ve been coming here years and recommend this over any alternative in the area. Amazon returns , notary and shipping.

This store stole my package, then gave me the wrong tracking receipt to cover it up, then treated me as if it was my fault for using the store as a service to begin with, and honestly I don’t blame them after the hell they have put me through. Holland is rude and hates his job, like really hates his job and i question the store mangers level of comprehension. She just gave me sloppy and lazy vibes, she was useless and I’m sure she couldn’t care less. Per her “they’re a third party company anyway”, translation, the last stop before you reach the slip and slide to hell, so they do what they want and if they did steal my package the chances of them getting caught or held responsible is slim to none, so good luck sucker. In short, find another location if you can help it. Just don't say you weren't warned. -1000/10 would not recommend

I cannot believe what I witnessed today. I was waiting in line around 2 pm and watched one of the employees, she had piercings -not sure of her name, berate and threaten a customer over something the employee screwed up. She was yelling and everybody in line was in shock. It was pretty embarrassing for the employee. The customer didnt do anything wrong and was just trying to get some issue fixed. That employee really needs to be let go, no adult should act like that at their place of work. I almost left because I did not want her to wait on me, I was worried she would yell at me for just existing. She was mad for no reason. Luckily another employee stepped in and helped the customer. Where's the employees accountability??? Just apologize, admit you made a mistake and fix it. Probably won't go back to this location for a long time...
