Never again at this location! We believe a lot of the negative issues with this store, is the size and location! There's nowhere to park as soon as you arrive! We waited for several minutes, rather than parking on the curb, for a parking spot to become free! Once we entered, it was a real problem! People were lined out the door with 3 counters open and helping customers! We were at the door and people with packages couldn't get in ot out of the business! Some customers just wanted to check their mailboxes, but couldn't move in or out. Onve issues arose (which they did), we were all at a standstill! It took us roughly 15 minutes to drop a package off and grab a receipt! People weren't friendly and the staff was completely stressed out! We won't return to this location, for sure! It wasn't clean inside the business or outside with the trash can overflowing onto the ground! We felt as though, the work area is massive compared to the customer area, which we could understand both sides of this! Even though we won't return, we hope the owner realizes the mess this store is in and does something about it! Sometimes you need to spend some of your profits to keep your customers!

We have a box here (we had a lot of packages run through Parkville PO go missing). They’re polite, friendly and willing to put down what they’re doing to help. I don’t go in very often ( Eric does) so I’m not as quickly recognized, but they’re always helpful. It’s nice knowing I’m not racing porch pirates and that my mail/packages are safe and secure and will be there when we get there. Money well spent. Give them some grace. The holidays are coming and it’s going to be insane! Merry Christmas to you guys!

I've never been to this store nor have I had to return anything to Amazon. Apparently I scanned the wrong code and the girl with dark hair and glasses was quite rude and condescending when she informed me I scanned the package and I should have scanned the QR code. It wasn't my package I dropped off so I was unaware of a QR code inside the bag. There are many ways she could have addressed the issue and me without being hateful. After looking over the reviews it looks like it was not her first time being rude and yet she still has a job and continues to treat others disdainfully. I very rarely complain but I just can't stop thinking about how condescending she was to me. Very upsetting!

Wow I am so sorry that I gave a one star review. I had no idea I had reviewed y’all at all! I was using maps and must have hit something on accident. I would never rate y’all one star because I think this store is great! Always quick and friendly customer service. I actually go out of my way to hit up this location because they always make my returns and whatnot such a breeze! Again, so sorry for the accidental review! This one now is purposeful!

I had two wonderful employees help me on 8/28/2025 at 6:55pm. I came in right before close and they helped me through a difficult return with Amazon. They helped me resolve it quickly and with the kindest service as well! As an employee, it is always dreadful to see someone come in the door so close to close. But neither of them acted like I was a bother and went out of their way to give great service! Very thankful for both of them, wish I had caught their names!
