I had an outstanding experience at the UPS Store thanks to Avril. She was courteous, professional, and handled everything with real care and expertise. I needed to ship a priceless item, and she took the time to pack it securely and properly. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such genuine attention to detail. Avril truly went above and beyond—highly recommend!

BEWARE: Apparently Refrigeration Is a Secret VIP Benefit. Now I understand why this location has a low star rating. This review is for the UPS Store at 8226 Menaul Blvd NE in Albuquerque. For approximately nine months, I had refrigerated medication shipped to this location as a UPS Access Point. Every shipment was refrigerated, so I reasonably believed temperature-sensitive medications would be handled appropriately. Then one shipment was left unrefrigerated and ruined. An employee acknowledged the issue and documented it. Management had my contact information. No one called. No one apologized. No one followed up. When the replacement shipment arrived, I finally heard from management not to apologize, but to explain that refrigeration is merely a “courtesy” for non-mailbox customers and that I should not expect my medication to be refrigerated unless I pay for a mailbox. So apparently the policy is: refrigerate medication for nine months, never tell the customer it’s optional, leave a shipment out and ruin it, then explain afterward that the customer should have somehow known better. Even more impressive was being told that the store bears no responsibility because I didn’t pick up the package fast enough. Apparently accepting temperature-sensitive medication and then failing to store it properly is not the issue the customer is. If refrigeration is not guaranteed, customers should be told before packages are accepted, not after a shipment is damaged. Based on my experience, if you have refrigerated medication, choose a different UPS Access Point.

I was just at the UPS store on Menual & Wyoming to return an item to a seller. Tristen one of the associates for the UPS was gracious enough to tape up my box and not charge me for it. His associate was very helpful and kind. I’ve been coming here for a few years and this 5 Star was long overdue. They just solidified it. Thanks, Yvonne : )

Jonathan was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to help me with my transaction, I was stressing and struggling with it while having to do it with my two babies, he asked me if I needed help bringing the box down (a return from Amazon) and he even went the extra mile and tried so hard to make the return item fit in the box so I wouldn’t have to stress even more about purchasing another box. I always say there are still good people out there and he is definitely one of them. This UPS store (Wyoming and menaul) is officially my new favorite ups store. His boss was also amazing and said her coworkers feel like family to her. Thank you so much for making this so easy on me.

The employees at UPS are truly amazing. They’re funny, welcoming, and always smiling. They say hi, they say bye, they thank you—and they even know your name. It makes every visit feel personal and positive. You don’t just feel like a customer; you feel appreciated. Jonathan always goes above and beyond I see him with all the customers and he’s just so patient and gentle. Tristan who I call smiley cause he’s always smiling and knows his job and does his job in a professional way and I just think he’s great. Great employees, every single one of them.
