Excellent Service at the UPS Store!** I recently visited my local UPS Store to drop off a return item, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The store manager stepped up to assist me and guided me through the auto-scan process with ease. Not only did they ensure that my drop-off was quick and efficient, but their friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable. It's not every day you find such dedicated customer service, and it's clear that this team takes pride in helping their customers. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone needing shipping or return services. Kudos to the manager and the team for their exceptional service!

They don't scan QR codes to print label, so make sure you have a label on it, or they'll send you to the UPS on Coors n Sequoia.

I couldn't even pick up my package ups sends a text saying it's delivered but CVS says they don't have it plus the stupid cashier and manager want to make their own rules also it's bs I'm disappointed in ups

I love this place but there is always a long line. They need to build more, especially in SW Albuquerque.

I was returning a package to Amazon. I had the label so it was easy. The CVS employee was very helpful.
