I really appreciate having this store nearby to rent a mail box from. I have been a customer for 2 years. It's nice not having to worry anymore about packages getting delivered to the wrong house, in the rain, or being stolen. This location is busy sometimes, but I've never waited more than a few minutes and staff is always friendly.

I cannot always repackage items to ship back by myself, and I truly could not have done shipped the items without Sahaih’s help. He more than once has gone above and beyond to assist me to make sure my items are safely packaged and ready to ship. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step in when I need support make all the difference. Because of his outstanding service, I choose this UPS Store every time. In my opinion, Sahaih is a true asset to this business, and I highly recommend this location to anyone needing shipping support.

This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Jordan and Janae gave excellent customer service. They were very busy yet they took the time to explain things to me. They are very social and friendly and made you feel welcome. I would recommend this UPS store over any others I have been to. Kudos to both those ladies

I ONLY use this location because there’s no one like Jordan and Sahaih!! Both of them are so sweet, helpful and just amazing! This location is clean and welcoming, I own a small business so there a lot of returns and shipping, I never feel like I’m looked at where you get the feeling that they don’t want to help you. They even print labels for me if I ever forget to do that. Thank you Jordan and Sahaih 🙏

The blond "manager" needs retraining on customer escalation. Also, since when do businesses allow staff to bring children to work, in front of paying customers?? I know the blond child behind the counter wasnt staff. I went in on my to drop off two packages with scan codes ready. Waited for a while as the blond did not greet or pay attention to customers. I let her know that the wait was long. She got very rude and demanded, yes, demanded I explain my comment. She is not my mother and not my boss. When I asked for corporates number, I was told to google it and that she was the manager. I told her thats not how you handle customers and she shrugged. Im notifying amazon as well. May you go out of business. I do not deserve this. This is not my first negative interaction with the blond. Can you hire someone who likes people? Please.
