Great loyalty programs involving ink, etc. This is the only place I will get ink. I also get all my work decorations printed out here because they turn out so professional looking and inexpensive.. they always get my approval before I pay. Very knowledgeable workers. You should be proud. Never had a bad experience. (At least at broad and chestnut)

I needed to purchase ink for printer and the employee immediately helped me. The employee compared the in-store prices with the online prices. Asked, if I had an award card and if I needed anything else like printer paper. Overall, instead just purchasing just one ink cartridge, I purchased the multi pack cartridges which cost effect.

Didn’t catch her name, but according to my receipt it was cashier 2020577 who gave me a horrible attitude when checking out. I spoke up to be honest, since she forgot to ring up one of my items, and was met with hostility… so I’ll act accordingly next time.

Amazing service for printing. Tom helped me print a calendar I made as a first wedding anniversary gift (paper year) and was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable, made great recommendations for card stock, and when the printer was not printing it quite right he found another way. It was clear he cares about providing good quality product and service. It was great value too ($10 for 25 color pages and binding, compared to the $70 that my local UPS Store quoted without binding) although he actually ended up comping me for the delay (which wasn’t even that long, I was there maybe 10-15 mins in total). I appreciated the excellent service and my calendar looks great, my husband loved it.

If you go to the Center City Staples and need something printed, go see Bee! Bee helped us get all of our wedding signs, table numbers and seating charts printed. And with the best, most positive attitude. During an already stressful time, Bee was a shining light and a problem solver with a calming energy! Best customer service I’ve ever had!!
