I love this store! It’s a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. I pass it everyday The staff is friendly- especially Jordan & Aiden. We came in 5 minutes before closing for a print job and they were very pleasant and helpful and got the job done expeditiously. I’ve also used this UPS store for holiday shipping (last minute) and my package got there on time and with a discount through the app! I would highly recommend having your packages shipped there instead of leaving them on your steps!

I truly feel for all the industries touched by our overconsumption. I can only imagine what these employees deal with on a regular basis. Having said that, even on the most hectic days the staff here has remained patient and kind! Had yet another great experience with Will today! Gotta appreciate great customer service when you can!

Came in frustrated because Amazon switched my return from a no-label dropoff to a printable UPS label at the last second. The associate here couldn’t have been more helpful. He walked me through emailing the label over, printed everything for me, got it taped up, and had me out the door fast. Super friendly, patient, and professional even though I clearly walked in annoyed. Genuinely great customer service and way better experience than I expected. Appreciate the help a lot.

Great UPS store . Staff is knowledgeable and vey friendly . They are super helpful and they are a pleasure to be around. Lots of services offered and space to pack your items if you need to. Buy postage and return your Amazon items . It’s overall close to everything and lots of on street parking to get in and out. Be aware it gets super busy near closing. If you just need to scan your items and go it’s no problem. No line , no wait for that .
