I had such a great experience at The UPS Store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was ready to help right away. The team is extremely organized, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. You can really tell they care about providing great service and keeping everything running smoothly. The store itself is always clean, fresh, and even smells amazing every time I visit. It creates such a pleasant atmosphere while you’re getting things done. It’s rare to find a place where the staff is this professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. Huge shoutout to the Owner and team for consistently going above and beyond. This UPS store on 54th Street is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. The reception is always great and the service is excellent! I’m always greeted with a warm smile and always feel appreciated as a customer! The store is clean, bright and very welcoming ! Much accolades to everyone in this establishment! I've never had to use a UPS store before, so I was a little hesitant to go just because I wouldn't know what to do and afraid I might end up causing trouble for the workers. But the store owner was very nice and professional with me, even with me coming in early and him still booting up the systems he was assuring me it was a simple process and I was out within 10 minutes. I can rest easy with UPS stores like this

Marquis was extremely helpful. I was confused about a few of my returns due to unclear information from the retailer, but he assisted me in returning my items quickly and efficiently. He also explained how to handle returns like this in the future. I will definitely be using this UPS Store again because of how helpful he was and how quick and easy the return process was.
