I went to this store with a bunch of things I needed to get done: color printing, black-and-white printing, color copying, and getting a form notarized. Monica was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She didn't ever hesitate to help get me scissors and glue for something I needed to attach to a form, and she helped me with a heavy-duty stapler for my longer documents. Her patience was unparalleled, given that I was in the store for over an hour. I wish every postal store could have an employee as genuinely helpful as Monica!

She is beyond kind, has the best energy, and is incredibly knowledgeable about all the shipping products and options available. Eric helped me ship a pretty large item today. He was super helpful, explained everything, and was kind and honest with his recommendations and responses to my many questions! They took care of all my packaging and bubble wrapping etc — stress free.
