I always have a positive experience at this UPS location. Staff is extremely helpful and kind and I’m usually in and out in a few minutes! The extremely kind woman helping me today didn’t overcharge me for tape when she easily could have. Highly recommend this location for all of your shipping needs!!

I came into this location after weeks of holding off on shipping my returns. I made it just before they were closing and Sharif was very polite and helpful and took care of me right away. Mind you I had about 3 separate returns service was very fast I will be returning. Thanks again

The person on staff when I went was super helpful with me getting pictures of the item boxed and sealed which I needed to send to the recipient. Not only that they were at the same time processing several other customers in an unexpected early morning rush. I personally think management should make sure if this happens a lot that there’s two people on site. The staff member there handled all of us with professionalism and grace. Totally appreciate you.

Just be aware that even with a reservation, this UPS location charges a $15 “convenience fee” on top of $5/per stamped paper and $5/per stamped paper witness. There is no transparency on the website about the convenience fee, please just post the price online. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful, but the lack of transparency on their website inexcusable.
