I just had a phenomenal experience at the UPS Store at 1735 Market St. I absolutely recommend, and am really grateful for the professionalism and customer service of the staff, in particular Yari and Ric. I brought a difficult project, at least for me, and everything was handled incredibly well. Yari showed tremendous kindness, client- service, precision, and attention to detail. This project includes photos, printing, documents, and notary services. I came to the store concerned and immediately felt better by the patience and talent shown by Yari. Ric also went way above and beyond helping me with a photo problem- and Ric’s talent, positive attitude and problem- solving skills made my challenging assignment seem easy. The entire team pitched in to help me. I thank Yari and Ric especially, for a fantastic experience. Each of the three staff members left a very positive impression on me. The young woman working there with the bandana was incredible. There was a customer being rude to her, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were lining up, yet she remained kind, professional, and friendly the entire time. She was working completely by herself, which made her even more impressive. I have no patience for people who are rude to someone who is clearly working hard and doing their best. GIVE HER A RAISE, she absolutely deserves it! She was working on June 8, 2026, around 6:30 PM. (Felt bad bothering her for her name)

I recently had some “My First Flight” certificates that I create printed at this location . The printing tech was very helpful. He tried to get the image centered so it would be perfect (off centering was my fault). I really appreciated his efforts!

A very pleasant experience. Associate Dominic was clear and methodical about pricing, packaging, and getting my package safely to its destination. I will definitely, gladly patronize this business location (18th Street off JFK Blvd in Philadelphia).

Atira and Yari helped me with Canadian citizenship photos on 05/19/26. Both were extremely helpful and kind. Best customer service I have yet to receive at any UPS store. Thank you both!
