I had a project due in 2 days, and Izzy, the store's manager, did an excellent job at completing my assignment. I would recommend this UPS Store simply because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, they care. Thank you so much!

I really appreciate the UPS Store #7562. I make my way to this location no matter that other stores are closer. It's the customer service and the parking convenience. This particular day Isabel was so patient, professional, and welcoming. Great personality. Thanks for going above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of and satisfied. Thanks so much Isabel for being so awesome!

The store's staff and management consistently provide exceptional customer service, and all my concerns are promptly addressed; with an exception of Ben. Ben was very unprofessional. Ben exhibited a lack of patience, was impolite, and ultimately declined to provide shipping services based on my packaging preference for a bag over a box. My opinion, if anyone cares, Ben needs to significantly enhance customer service.

As soon as I went in I immediately received help from a knowledgeable associate. This means a lot to me because so many businesses have lost the connection with their customers. There was also very helpful information on options for shipment given to me by this same associate. I’m really happy to see there are places with real human help for things

The parking lot nice and clean. Inside the store the staffs were nice and friendly. Ben , kindly and professionally help me with my package. Can't ask more. Expectation is on point
