Terrible experience. Was told I needed a box for a return that “does not require a box or other enclosure”, according to the Amazon website. Would give 0 stars if possible. UPS should improve, and I will return here, only because it’s the closest one. Hope there is some other store.

I just arrived here, completely confused. I wanted to expedite an application. My fear was that I’d overspend out of ignorance…I needed the most cost-efficient service, especially since I’d missed the cutoff for overnight. The young woman behind the counter took the time to ask questions and ascertain my needs. Furthermore she did it with professionalism, kindness, and a smile. Oh, and I burst through the door at 5:48 when the store closes at 6. I know friendly customer service should be a given, but lets be honest…its not. This employee should be recognized for her attitude. I’m sure she would be publicly roasted( and like to face subsequent discipline by management)if she offended someones fragile sensibilities. Attitude reflects attitude, good vibes here.

I wish I could give this UPS Store 0 stars. Terrible service from start to finish. I brought in a file to be printed — first, they used the wrong type of paper, and then printed the image at the wrong size. What’s worse, I found out that the size in my file was incorrect, but no one said anything at the time of payment. A professional service should catch issues like that or at least inform the customer before proceeding. Instead, I was charged for a product that wasn’t right, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Completely disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

Take your notary needs to a local certified notary for $5 per document. This place is an absolute ripoff, up to $45 per page. Too many hidden fees, avoid.

Excellent, consistent, and reliable service! I've been using this UPS Store to ship products for my business since 2020 and their entire operation is consistent, efficient, and seamless. Today I just got a document notarized. They took the time to explain the different notary options and walked me through the process. Absolutely excellent!
