Curtina Arbee 5 months agoThe customer service is horrible! Usually great but the last 2x's awful! Returned on a gift card that was a situation but corporate fixed it and today that salesman didn't feel like working cause I'm asking him a question I don't know what question he answered I ended up walking out! I better have my refund on my credit card I am not going through the nonsense again!
Andrew Slack 5 months agoGeorge W is seriously the best. He’s personable and warm. I get intimidated by going to a place to mail anything and he just makes it so easy and I appreciate his kindness and accessibility and he is a rare employee at any place and he makes me want to use UPS.
