I just have to shout out 1 Stop Mail for being absolutely amazing. Every time I come in, they are so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a place where you feel welcomed and taken care of, but they truly go above and beyond every single time. Whether I have questions, need help with shipping, or just feel a little overwhelmed, they always make the process easy and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their customers, and that means a lot. If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly place that treats you with kindness and respect, I highly recommend them. Cannot recommend this lil shop enough! I have an Etsy shop and have relied VERY heavily on their amazing services FOR YEARS to get my orders out on time! You can tell they work very hard to make each customer get the info, reliable services that best suit their needs, and treasure each one - we're not just a number like at the post office. Honestly amazing! I was visiting from Canada and stopped at an antique store just a few hours before my flight and purchased a very large and valuable item that I couldn’t bring with me. Not only could they ship it, with various options, they helped me find a box, fill it safely with packing peanuts. They tailored the box right to what it needed to be and let me leave while they finished it. You made it so perfect. I cannot thank you enough! Wonderful!!!

Amy is awesome. Kind and help me out so much 2 days in a roll. She was very helpful with returning my packages. I can not Thank Amy enough. I work near by and told all my co workers to use the 1 Stop Mail for all packages. Thank you Amy ! Renee

This place provided the BEST customer service. I had to ship a package via DHL to Jamaica and they helped me every step of the way. Packing, customs and declaration, an issue with the address they helped rectify, etc. I could not have done this by myself. Thank you to Becky and her husband for the first-class service!
