This location is so good that I drive out of my way to use it over a couple of locations that are closer to me. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The service is fast. They have even helped me bring things in the back door (my first visit when on crutches and Google Maps sent me to the wrong entrance). The parking is the only downside, but there is extra parking behind the building with easy access through a passage if needed.

UPS is a terrible company when it comes to order delivery. I’ve had two orders where despite providing my exact address they simply tossed the packages at a random door. Just today, I found an order sitting at my neighbors' doorstep, and a dispute arose solely because of your negligence. This is a terrible company.

Great service from The UPS Store specially, from their front desk representative, unfortunately, I forgot her name which starts with S. She welcomes you once you enter the store with a big smile and saying good morning. The service was seamless, while returning Amazon products, she was very nice and efficient explaining what to do which basically they took care of everything.

We were helped by the owner of this store and never have we received more attention and customer service! Exceptional! Not only did we happen upon the most convenient location but our vehicle would not start when leaving.. owner took us to auto part store and helped replace battery! Highly recommend using them and supporting people who care.

My transaction experience with them was very positive. I phoned in for a next-day shipping quote and, while on my way to the store, received a call from the owner. He informed me that the UPS driver was at the store for the daily pickup. I arrived very shortly after his call and thanks to the speed of service they enabled me to complete my transaction and get my package ready just in time for that day's shipment. Their efficiency is commendable; they're quick, clean, and undeniably professional. There's a sense of confidence they instill with their service, making you feel assured that your parcels are in good hands. Definitely a top-notch addition to our local community!"
