Just stopped by to drop off a few packages for return. I’m usually greeted and welcomed and have very good customer service until today. Went in no hello or anything, silent. Went up to the counter the associate walked up and just looked miserable or in a rush to get back to talking to her coworkers. I tell her I’m there to return and few things and I only had a bag for one (my return option was no box/label required) I asked if that’s fine and she just says yeah and she goes on to scan. My service goes out so my page doesn’t load and I tell her to give me a second for it to load to scan the QR code. She walks away, starts to package my items that were already scanned for return and throws it in the bin mind you this was a headlight bulb so very fragile. It hits the bin and lands on the floor. I look up she continues to pack and another associate picks it up for her. I’m still waiting for my QR code to load and she completely leaves and goes back to chit chatting which I didn’t mind since I was taking a while but say something that ensures you’re still going to assist me or something and when it loads another associate comes to help me. This girl was very kind and welcoming. I understand we have bad days but what she did was unacceptable and rude. I’ve been to this location multiple times and this is the first. I really think management needs to have a talk with this person or all their employees about better customer service. Very disappointing.

I appreciate the staff at this store. I have been here several times. Today I had a large batch of documents to mail and it took me a round 2 hours to sort some paperwork . The staff was extremely helpful. They helped me with printing and mailing. The staff that on 2/28 from 1-3 pm are awesome.

This is a great UPS store. The employees are really friendly. LJ is one of the most friendly employees I’ve ever interacted with at any retail establishment. Great guy.

I am aware that delays happen when shipping with any carrier be it USPS, ups, fed ex etc. that being said I dropped off a Amazon return around 11 am on the 25th of this month. The return just started moving the 30th. And the two guys working here didn't tell me how to do the return they talked to me like I was dumb. So thank you. I know we had a inclement weather with the ice but it doesn't take 5 days to accept a package and get it moving. USPS didn't miss a beat but apparently ups doesn't consider their customers important anymore. The day I dropped off the weather was 70 plus degrees. No reason the item should have not been scanned in and on its way the same day. Unacceptable

Employees here are extremely rude The printer was down and the only option they presented was for me to email the file to them, it took forever for their system to receive the email and they wanted to charge me $3 for a single page. The lady behind the counter had an extremely bad attitude and just wanted to argue, rather than help resolve my issue.
