Today I needed to ship a small package. I was told that Federal Law required FedEx to check my ID prior to shipping. While I appreciate the person who helped me ship the package, I do want to clarify to her that: This is FedEx POLICY not FEDERAL LAW. FedEx can ask for my ID, that's fine however it is not a law. Very important how you communicate or state something is a law when in fact it is NOT. My head was spinning because I ship things at USPS never have they asked me for an ID. I have previously shipped items at this location and never had my ID checked.

Dawn, the store manager took great care of me and helped out and made sure everything was packed great. She was a huge help!

One employee can ruin their good reputation at this location. Hint-she had long hair and a tattoo on her forearm. I say hi and thank you after she scanned my return package. She couldn't manage a response or eye contact. Edit: I went back and got better service from the same employee, so I added stars to my original review.

Super fast and helpful staff. There is coin pay parking in front, 6 spots only. Shereen was able to resize, print and laminate my sales sheets and have me out in under 10min.
