I recently won an item on a auction. It was too expensive to drive from east Coast to Texas to pickup the won item. Ups store 5318 was nice enough to go , pick it up the item, probably packed it& shipped it Ups. tracking & email updates were provided . The package arrived on time & was properly delivered to my front door. Thank you ups 5318 for the outstanding service

appointment they did not give me a hard time walk me through. It was patient with me. I forgot the guy‘s name but he was super nice. Had my appointment at nine got out before nine was there at 8:45 and got out before nine would recommend coming here.!!

I have been a constant customer here for over 15 years and have never, not once, had a negative interaction. Owner, manager and all staff always with great smiles and welcoming. They always handle me with care and understand the importance of meeting a customer's needs. This store offers packing, shipping, printing, shredding, notarizing, faxing, and mailbox services that meet your needs all in one place. This UPS store is not far from Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus, AMC Palace 9, Coyote Drive-In.  This location is one of the best UPS Stores ever.

I wanted to get my jacket returned from Houston to Fort Worth So I went into the store on 2nd Street When most of Downtown was closed because of ice and snowand Marcus was awesome!! He made the task so easy whilst serving 2-3 other customers . Really appreciate the help and advice by all the staff in that store
