I’ve been using UPS for decades for both business and personal needs, and this particular store truly stands out. Every single staff member is consistently kind, patient, and professional. No matter how busy it is, they never make you feel rushed or stressed. They handle everything smoothly and with a level of ease that’s honestly rare these days. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the entire experience is just… calm. That might sound like a small thing, but it really isn’t. Running errands and handling shipments can sometimes feel overwhelming, but not here. I genuinely have zero anxiety walking into this location, which says a lot about the environment they’ve created. It’s clear that this team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. This store absolutely deserves a five-star review.

All the employees and the owner have always shown kindness and respect to me and my child. Even when they're short-staffed, the staff that are there tried to be as efficient as possible. It's a busy location that gets a lot of traffic in and out. I appreciate their hard work.

I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the employees were (#29809 employee). There was line and the stores team quickly took care of all of us. This is a busy time I knew going in but the help make my Christmas less stressful. This store is number 1 with me.

I have to login and give props!!! The employee, Josiah is WONDERFUL!! He is always always always so friendly. He greets people immediately and sends them off with well wishes. What a great employee to have on your team!!
